After ZVIT migrated the Browns stores to their new POS system, the business needed to familiarise the store staff with the new front-end and the office with the new back-end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To smoothen the transition ZVIT had created numerous training documents and quickstarts, ranging from POS operations to the creation of reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the live training part we combined train the trainer sessions with group workshops, training staff on mobile POS, fixed tills and daily operations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

ZVIT was asked to train the store staff of the Bare Minerals and NARS stores, both subsidiary companies of the international cosmetics giant Shiseido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the course of a couple of months, we flew our trainers all over the United Kingdom to train the staff of stores in for example (but not limited to) Windsor and London.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ZVIT trained the staff on basic operations like opening and closing the day, creating flash reports, reporting capabilities of the software, warehouse and store to store transfers, stock adjustments and basic POS operations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
