
After ZVIT migrated the Browns stores to their new POS system, the business needed to familiarise the store staff with the new front-end and the office with the new back-end.
To smoothen the transition ZVIT had created numerous training documents and quickstarts, ranging from POS operations to the creation of reports.
For the live training part we combined train the trainer sessions with group workshops, training staff on mobile POS, fixed tills and daily operations.
